About Us

Justice For Public Cause Foundation Trust was registered on dated 15th November , 2016 by Shri Manak Chandra and Smt Radha Bansal to ensure that our society becomes more vigilant regarding corruption and to empower common people of India. The purpose of this trust is also to serve the weaker ( in any way ) people of society and encourage them to participate in nation building .
More Trustees will be added in near future making it maximum up to seven.
JPCFT has applied under section 12A of Income Tax Act .

Our Trustees

Manak Chandra
Manak Chandra, the Power Engineer and Energy Consultant, is taking up the fight against corruption in power sector for last 35 years. He has so many success to his credit in its efforts to expose corrupt practices in power sector . He has good understanding of working of Government machinery and hence his representation and actions are more specific and effective.

Radha Bansal
Radha Bansal, a leading lady working in the social sector and will contribute effectively to implement the objects of this Trust .

Our Objectives

 

I. To collect , study , analyze, research , disseminate and publish information about various aspects of governance, including policies , decisions , decision making processes and implementation of various government plans, programs and schemes and to take steps so that rules and laws are enacted and enforced.
II. To undertake such activities and programmes that promote and lead to a just, transparent , accountable and participatory governance in India , lead to reduction in corruption and to promote equitable opportunities for development.
III. To educate people and organize various kinds of awareness programmes and activities regarding various laws and rights of the public.
IV. To approach appropriate authority including courts, whenever required, to achieve the objectives to the trust,
V. To Finance and contribute to other organisations engaged in similar objectives.
VI. To Publish periodicals , pamphlets , books and other literature and use other media for promoting the objects of the trust.
VII. To associate with other organizations with similar objects in and outside India, for the furtherance of the objects of the trust.
VIII. To take over , run ,manage and administer any existing organization with similar objectives.
IX. To organize and take part in various camps as may decided by the Board.
X. To Constitute scholarship ; pay stipends ,cash remuneration and incentives, presentations or awards and prizes in cash or in kind to promote the objects of this trust.
XI. To organize seminar on social justice, educational and economical upliftment to raise legal demands and fundamentals rights provided by the Constitution of India.
XII. To conduct various fields studies and surveys for data collection.
XIII. To take up effective, reasonable and lawful steps for the solution of such problems of the public as decided by the Board and which would promote the wider objects of the trust.
XIV. To receive financial and non- financial assistance from such government , non- government and /or individual sources ,including foreign sources , as decided by the Board.
XV. To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other offerings in the shape of moveable and /or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the trust.
XVI. To purchase /acquire immovable assets in the name of the trust for the fulfilment of the aims and objects of the trust.
XVII. To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell lease mortgage, transfer ,improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the building of the trust necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the aims and objects of the trust.
XVIII. To publish book, charts ,illustrations, journals, magazines ,periodicals ,news letter/papers and other publications in different languages and on different subjects related to the objectives of the trust.
XIX. To undertake such other activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to attainment of any of the objects of the trust.
XX. To activities and branches/offices may spread anywhere in India and or abroad.
XXI. All the acts /activities /programmes shall be non profitable and shall be done on ‘no –profit no- loss ‘ basis.
XXII. The Trust will invest its money and funds according to section-11 (15) of the income Tax act,1961
XXIII. All the income ,earning ,moveable /or immoveable properties of the trust shall be utilized towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set for the in the memorandum of the trust and no profit there shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend ,bonus , profit to any person shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the Trust or make any profits.
